About these webinars
As part of a series of events and activities to celebrate #CareDay21, EPIC recently hosted six webinars exploring key issues affecting care experienced children and young people. Topics included being LGBTI+, Accommodation, Race & Ethnicity, Education, Disability and Justice and how these areas intersect with the care system. Those with care experience, academics, professionals and many others came together to examine and recommend how we, as a society, can ensure better, more equitable outcomes for the children and young people who come through our care system.
