I have been to an affected region in the last 14-days | I’ve been in close contact with a confirmed case | I’ve been in close contact with a probable case | |
I HAVE symptoms |
1.Stay away from other people, do not come to work. 2.Phone your GP without delay. 3.If you do not have a GP phone 999. 4.Do not attend a hospital or GP clinic unless instructed to do so. |

I DO NOT HAVE symptoms | No restrictions are necessary, go about your daily routine as normal. |
You may be required to self-isolate. Check with your health care provider. Work from home unless you develop symptoms. |
No restrictions are necessary unless:
a)your healthcare provider recommends otherwise; or b)the ‘probable case’ becomes a ‘confirmed case’. |
What is Close Personal Contact?
Spending more than 15 minutes in face-to-face contact, within 2 meters of an infected person.
Living in the same house or shared accommodation as an infected person.
What’s the difference between self-isolation and limited social contact?
Self-isolation means that you cannot leave your house (ideally a single room in your home if you live with other people).
Limited social contact means that you can go outside for a run, walk, or cycle on your own but that you should avoid ‘close personal contact’.
Now on to Handwashing

You should wash your hards for two full renditions of ‘Happy Birthday to You’
Note using the towel to turn off the tap, you don’t want to touch it with your clean hands
